Listening to saved souls read Shakespeare isn’t exactly how Hellhounds have found their mates up until now. However, Canice Macfayden would stay in shifted form, sniffing everyone intimately, if it helped find his mate. When the recording works, he’s not allowed to race off and meet his mate because of the new rules. Fine, great, it’s easy to be patient after waiting over three hundred years.
Torihiki Graham can’t believe the hound who needs a hearing aid is such a pushy jerk that he won’t wait for introductions until the workday is over. After explaining there’s been a mistake—on Canice’s part—because he’s straight, Torihiki just wants to put the whole mess behind him and deny anything they ever did.
It’s no wonder Canice can’t let go when Torihiki says one thing and acts completely different, though the games being played are getting to be too much for him. But when the angels discover something about Torihiki that practically cripples him with fear, will Canice step up and be a mate no matter where they stand?

Unraveling Certainty (Hounds of Hell Book 14) - edition by Flynn Eire. Literature & Fiction eBooks @ . Reviews
The back story and development of the characters is most appealing but Torihiki story is like everyday society and pulled the most emotions from me.
Just got to say Ms Eire is one of my favorite authors. Have been buying all her books starting under a different pen name for years and love every series to date. Hounds of Hell series is up there in top 5 or more like top 3
Really loved this one. Interesting characters, loved there banter. Can't wait to see who the subjects of the next book are!!!!!
When will we get a book of this series that has the human or the little man being the dominate in the relationship and will we get to see the other archangels mated
This was a good book but was pretty short. It stops around the 77% mark. I was a bit disappointed since I seemed to just be getting a handle on the characters. I will keep reading the series.
When mates meet? Smooth is a rare occurance. When Canice hears his mates voice on the recording he is elated. Unfortunately Torihiki is straight... Or so he claims. I was completely sucked in to the story. Again we watch our two main characters struggle to find their love. Though it seems impossible for it to happen. This was the most anticipated HEA in this series, and I loved it!
I enjoyed the book well enough. I do have to agree with the other reviewers that the whole rant about piracy towards the end of the book does kinda take you out of the story. It wouldn't be so bad except for the lecture at the beginning of the book with the heading "Buy a Damn Copy". I mean I bought a copy of the book and still felt like I was getting yelled at. Overall I found it a bit offensive. Will it stop me from buying future books? Probably not, but Ms Eire should be careful not to turn off the loyal customers who do faithfully buy her books. After all, I don't buy books to get a lecture. I buy them for a good story.
I still give the book 4 stars because other than the issue above, it was a good addition to the series.
First I need to mention that I have enjoyed all the stories in this series. While the story line was good and the MC built a nice relationship, I was totally taken out of the story toward the end. I have noticed at the beginning of this author's books she adds a long statement about purchasing books from reliable sites that pay the authors. I completely agree, if someone does a job you pay them for the job. I'm not going to work everyday for free and authors shouldn't either. With that said, near the end of the story half a chapter was all about eBook piracy. It completely took me out of the story. She could have written one or two page about piracy and still gotten her point across. But no it continued for nearly half the chapter. By the time it finished ranting about unlawfulness and stealing, I didn't care about the MC any more.
