This is not a book for the faint of hearted. It's edgy, provocative, and shocking at times. And...I loved every minute of it. Dunn's writing was powerful and gripping. It's dark. It's raw. It puts the G in gritty.It's a book that has a cause to it, and will leave readers feeling deeply affected. I found myself questioning what I'd do or how I'd act in the same situation.
If you love revenge thrillers, this is one you don't want to miss. In a world full of pedophiles, three pissed off victims are...angry enough to kill. Together they will identify their targets and make up clear set of rules to accomplish their goal of committing murder. I'm not afraid to admit I was rooting for them every step of the way!
The author does a fabulous job of developing the characters and getting readers invested. The characters seemed eerily real, their psychological issues spot on for someone coping with trauma. This is a well-researched book and the author put her heart into it. I applaud her bravery and looking forward to what comes next!

This novel is extremely gripping and powerful. It is not a story you will soon forget. I found it extremely difficult to put it down because I was so engrossed at every turn of the pages. Bravo to this extraordinarily talented author, I can't wait for the next book.
This book is a roller-coaster ride which will grab you from the first page on, It is great to see what parents who have taken enough of scum hurting there kids thus taking the situation into their own hands and showing those scum that they picked the wrong kids to hurt. I highly recommend this book.
I cannot think of a more difficult subject to address in a novel that pedophilia, and Sheryl Dunn tackles this heinous sickness with both clarity and integrity. ANGRY ENOUGH TO KILL is not written to sensationalize but to identify that more needs to be done at every level to find those who prey on children. And while the primary storyline depicts persecution and not prosecution, Ms. Dunn's crisp, clean delivery provides an introspective view into the minds of several women who form a bond to make serious inroads and not simply lend lip service to a disease that is commonly swept under the rug because of the social stigma attached to even discussing it. Whether agreeing or not with the tactics employed by these women, ANGRY ENOUGH TO KILL is a narrative that will make a person sit up and take notice, and for this reason I recommend the book to anyone who believes that children must be protected.
Our justice system is broken. Too many bad guys get away with unspeakable acts, but not in ANGRY ENOUGH TO KILL. Here at long last they get what they deserve. How sweet that is. This book is a fast-paced riveting read. Dark and suspenseful, ANGRY ENOUGH TO KILL will stay with you long after you finish the last page.
I am not a writer, and have never written a book review. However, I am a book lover and loved this book. I couldn't put it down. Angry Enough To Kill, grabbed me from the very start. The plot moved quickly with many unexpected, suspenseful twists along the way. It was a thriller and more. The characters were well developed. The author was able to convey the conflicting emotions and relationships between the characters so that I could truly understand what they were experiencing. Ms. Dunn bravely tackles a tough, but timely topic. All too frequently, we hear about pedophiles in the news. But after the news dies down, what becomes of the unfortunate victims? What happens when the system fails those innocent victims? The story will make you think long after you put the book down. I am looking forward to reading the next book in the Desperate Series.
Sorry Dunn but I didn't care much for this book, I thought it was too long and too draggy and I frankly didn't like any of the characters, they seemed 'needy' and 'whiny'.
Also seemed to be just another story others have already written in a more interesting format, I found myself skimming the pages and even skipping some, I mainly got tired of the 'marriage woes'.

Angry Enough to Kill is based on a very ambitious plot to seek vengeance against the most horrible type of criminals – pedophiles. The story is filled with sadness, pain and distrust that raises a lot of emotions and moral dilemmas.
When the Justice system fails you, is it ok to administer justice yourself?
Dunn’s writing is very clear and effectively draws you in to the depth of the mental anguish of most of the characters. It is clear that she did her research and properly planned the telling of this story. The tension and the thrills are constant throughout the story and keeps the excitement and interest at a constant high.
This is the first book of the Desperate Series and I certainly enjoyed it. I look forward to reading the others.
